Elite Wheel Protection Warranty Agreement

This Warranty Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Customer, Dealership, and Elite Wheel Protection, covering the terms and conditions of the Elite Wheel Protection Warranty.

By signing below, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of the Elite Wheel Protection Warranty:

Coverage Details:

  1. 5-Year Shine Warranty: Ensures rims maintain their shine for five years, provided proper care and maintenance are observed.

  2. 3-Year Curb Rash Warranty: Covers repair of curb rash damage for three years.

Exclusions:

  1. The warranty does not cover rims over 26 inches.

  2. The warranty does not cover cracked rims.

  3. Bent rims are covered only if they are deemed repairable.

  4. The warranty does not cover carbon fiber rims.

Maintenance Requirements:

  1. Proper care and maintenance are essential for the validity of the 5-Year Shine Warranty.

  2. Lack of proper rim maintenance will void the warranty.

  3. Rims must be cleaned at least twice a year by a certified detail shop or car wash.

Repair Coverage:

  1. The warranty covers the repair of curb rash for both machine cut finish rims and regular alloy rims.

  2. Colored wheels will be painted back to their original color.

  3. Once repaired, Elite Wheel Protection will reapply protection to the wheel and restore its shine.

Claim Limitations:

  1. Claims can be made up to four times a year, with one claim per rim.

  2. Multiple claims can be made on the same wheel within the limit of four claims per year.

  3. Once all four claims are made in one year, the warranty will refresh in the following calendar year.

  4. Coverage starts and resets on the day the vehicle is registered.

Registration Requirements:

  1. The warranty is only valid if the vehicle is registered and the warranty is active.

  2. All vehicles must be registered through EliteWheelProtection.com/Registration.

Agreement and Acceptance: By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth. Failure to comply with any of the stipulations will result in the voiding of the warranty coverage. Elite Wheel Protection reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
